Fleas & Ticks

These small parasites usually pray on our beloved pets such as dogs and cats and even humans. They will often attach to a host and feed on their blood. They are very hardy creatures that cause great discomfort to their host. Commonly found in warm and humid environments often around grassy and shrubbed areas these menacing pests will use their host to aid their survival. Fleas are not as lethal as the tick however it is strongly recommended that domestic animals use some kind of preventative medicine to control any outbreaks. Often more prevalent in the warmer months should either of these pests take over your home, we recommend regular grooming of pets and maintaining good practice externally around your home to keep lawns and surrounds groomed to reduce favourable habitats for these pests.
